Thomas Grace received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States (UWS)(2015), a BA in Sociology from Gordon College in Wenham, MA (1993) and a BS in Geology from State University of New York and the University of Wyoming (2001).
During his Chiropractic training, Thomas’ love for treating under-served communities led him to clinic rotations with Volunteers of America and a UWS mission trip with Clinica de Mariposa to Costa Rica in 2015, where he treated hundreds of local patients in the San Jose area. Upon his return to the States, he joined Dr. Popovicks at Orofino Wellness Center in Idaho for a final clinic rotation.
Thomas is passionate about non operative spinal decompression and restoring function with the least invasive means possible. Dr. Grace believes that many patients with severe pain and decreased function could avoid surgery and epidural injections with a non-invasive spinal decompression program.
Thomas’ interest in cranial work began twenty years ago by listening to Dr. James Jealous DO lecture on CSF and cranial sacral therapies and has evolved through study and many hours of practice. He has recently completed his certification in SOT (sacral occipital therapy) and enjoys integrating this work into the treatment of his patients at Natural Pain Solutions.
As a clinician, Dr. Grace has a strong interest in functional evaluation and individualized treatment plans. His treatment approach uses a combination of Diversified Adjusting, Activator technique, IASTM, muscle energy techniques, nutritional and cranial sacral therapies.
Thomas’ health care philosophy was shaped by a childhood of simplicity. He was raised without electricity in a log cabin in upstate New York with a work ethic formed by daily wood chores and homework done by candlelight. As an adult, Thomas travelled to Colorado, where he became enamored with mountaineering and eventually became a rock and mountain climbing guide. Ten years of this work took Thomas to every corner of the country as well as up the Nose of El Capitan. He has held teaching certifications in both New York and California, which allowed him to bring his love for learning into the classroom. In more recent years, family became Thomas’ primary focus and that has provided him with unprecedented fulfillment.
Dr. Grace has many hours of postgraduate education in orthopedics, neurology, biomechanics, cranial – sacral, physical medicine and therapeutics and clinical nutrition; as well as diagnostic imaging MRI and CT scan.

We encourage each of you to welcome Lynn to the Natural Pain Solutions family and if you are in need of an outstanding massage therapist then by all means schedule an appointment with Lynn.
Lynn has always had a passion for healing and rehabilitating those in need and care-taking led her to the start of her journey. While aiding in the daily comforts and routines for her clients, it inspired Lynn to pursue a more direct path into the medical field. It became quickly apparent that a career in massage therapy would allow Lynn to continue her interest in helping others while encouraging a healthy holistic lifestyle. Lynn graduated from massage therapy school in 2005 with a strong interest for the natural approach to health care. Her desire led Lynn to be a part of the Aloha Chiropractic family for the past nine years where she learned much more about the wellness lifestyle. During that time Lynn earned her chiropractic assistant certification to enhance treatment techniques in sports and rehabilitation modalities. Lynn specializes in deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, cupping, myofascial release, and trigger points.
Although she grew up in the Southwest, Lynn has lived in Oregon for over 13 years. During her time away from the office Lynn enjoys hiking, yoga, kayaking, rafting, and deep woods camping with her husband, daughter, and son.
